GRADUATION INFORMATION

This page will contain information pertaining to several graduation dates. Please check this site often as changes will be reflected here.

THERE IS NO GRADUATION FEE.

Deadlines to apply for graduation:

in order to verify your student information, you must apply for graduation even if you have missed the deadlines posted above. To apply for graduation, please come to the the Turley Student Services Center, 3rd floor. You will need to complete the graduation application and make an appointment for your degree audit. There is no graduation fee.

*August and December graduates are included in the May ceremony.

Degree Audit Appointments:

It is important to apply early or by the deadline for graduation and to complete your degree audit appointment to make sure that you are ready to graduate. PLEASE NOTE THAT APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE LIMITED AND DO FILL UP.

Degree Audit Appointsment for May 2014: August 26, 2013 – November 21, 2013
Degree Audit Appointments for August/December 2014 Graduates: January 27, 2014 – April 24, 2014 and July 2, 2014 – August 7, 2014

Degree Audit Appointments for May 2015:

September 2, 2014 – November 21, 2014.

May 2014 Graduation Notes:

The ceremony for August and December 2013 and May 2014 graduates will be held on May 9, 2014 at 6:30 pm in the Feaster Center.
Mandatory rehearsal is Friday, May 9 at 3:30 pm in the Feaster Center.
Commencement packets will be mailed to all graduates and students who have applied to graduate in May 2014 the week of January 27.
Students who apply for graduation after January 27, will be given a packet when they apply for graduation.
To participate in the ceremony, you must return the Reader’s Card to the Turley Student Services Center by April 25.
You must order your cap and gown by midnight on March 30th. You will receive ordering instructions in your commencement packet.
Commencement attire is semi-formal. The gowns are black.
Diplomas for May graduates will be mailed the week of June 23.
December degrees will be awarded after December 14, 2013 and diplomas will be mailed after January 20, 2014.
